Banquet facilities, waterpark fun, riverside walking trails
The hallways and rooms carry a musty odor!!! Staff hygiene left much to be desired, not exactly the impression you want to make. Pool areas need better maintenance, some attendants seemed more interested in looking for reasons to be upset than ensuring guest enjoyment!!!

Well, that was a surprise!
What a delightful stay! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the park. My room was exceptionally clean, featuring a comfy bed and a large shower. The staff was incredibly responsive, and Scarlet restaurant offered delicious meals. A great outdoor area by the fire added charm to the evening!

Saskatoon's food scene blows up your taste buds and the waterslide was epic for a splash-tastic time! Super comfy bed made resting a whole vibe.
They really dropped the ball on dining. Scarlet restaurant? Major disappointment with overpriced meals and lackluster service. And where’s the smart TV at? Basic cable only, yikes!

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and I appreciated the accessible layout, making it easy for me to navigate the common areas and enjoy my stay comfortably.
More attention to room details would be helpful.

The pool area was well set up, and the kids absolutely loved the water slide, making it a fun experience for the family. The location is fantastic, with easy access to parks and walking trails just across the street. However, the noise from a party above our room on a Saturday night was a challenge, as it kept us awake late into the night. Also, while the room was clean and comfortable, some details seemed to be overlooked. We didn’t get to try the food this time, but fried oysters were highly praised by others.

We had an amazing stay! The water slide was a total hit with the kids, and the pool area was perfect for family fun. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home, while the beds were incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The only downside was the limited dining options.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a very accessible layout, which made navigating easy for me. The pool area was fantastic, and my kids loved the waterslide! Staff were attentive, especially during our stay. However, there were a few details overlooked in the room, such as the lack of a fridge or microwave, which would have been helpful for our needs.

Great pool area and friendly staff, but room lacked attention to detail.
-
missingWrote a review on 12 Augslow elevators
The elevators are old and quite slow, which can be a hassle when trying to get to the higher floors. The rooms lack modern features like USB ports. only one is available in the clock radio. The absence of a fridge and microwave restricts meal options for those with specific dietary needs, particularly when low-carb choices aren’t offered on the menu. Plus, finding the pool can be a challenge due to minimal signage, and the noise level in common areas may overwhelm those sensitive to sound, especially families with anxious children.

The Sheraton in Saskatoon has a great pool area, perfect for families. The water slide kept my kids entertained for hours, and the pools were warm. Staff members were friendly, always ready to assist, which made us feel at home. The beds felt incredible. I slept very well. However, the dining options left much to be desired. I found the meals at the Scarlet restaurant overpriced for the service we received. The lack of a smart TV was disappointing. It felt outdated with only basic cable. We also ran into slow elevator issues during peak times. There’s a musty smell in the hallways, and the carpet really needs replacing. All in all, a nice stay with some bumps along the way.

Perfect spot for a getaway!
Just spent 3 nights here and loved it! The room was super clean with a mini fridge and coffee. Enjoyed sitting in the lounge downstairs for breakfast and felt great being close to downtown. Only bummer was parking, kinda tricky at times. Overall, highly recommend it!
